Run-N-Brunch Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your Run-N-Brunch gear. Because many of our products are made to order specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, as appropriate.
Sizing
Please review the size guide provided on the product page before ordering. Because products are made to order, we cannot guarantee exchanges or refunds when the incorrect size is ordered.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier, and any secure delivery areas before contacting us.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders are submitted for fulfillment quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times after a refund is issued may vary depending on your financial institution.
